Qualifications and Awards

In addition to professional TV and theatre opportunities, interested students can also apply to sit LAMDA qualifications. LAMDA - the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art - is one of the UK's oldest and best recognised awarding organisations, having offered qualifications in drama and performance for over 130 years. LAMDA qualifications are suitable for all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Our classes for LAMDA tuition take place on a one-to-one basis, either at the Drama Principal's home or the student's home.  Fees are £10.00 per 45 minutes and are payable in advance in six week blocks.  Interested parties should contact Cheryl on 07905 166 782 for further details.

Jemma Hennessy is one of our pupils who has been taught LAMDA by Cheryl Rowlands and successfully took her first exam - "Acting Solo Grade 1" in June 2011. Jemma was awarded with a Distinction, gaining an extremely commendable Distinction with 85%.  Well done, Jemma!
