Latest Auditions

In September 2017, we were contacted by a Casting Agent in Bristol to put boys and their Grandmas forward for auditions for a television advertising campaign for BT!  This was a very exciting opportunity for our pupils!


 In the summer of 2015 Cheryl was contacted by a company producing a psychotherapy training film for Routledge publishers. Three drama school pupils were put forward for filming. Pupil Bethan Slatter was selected for a role, andfilming in mid-August in Bristol. Well done Clara, Neha and Bethan!

In July 2012, Principal Cheryl was contacted by a London Casting Agent.  Melissa Rowlands and Billy Redwood were subsequently sent scripts and invited to audition for the new crime drama entitled "Broadchurch" starring David Tennant and Arthur Darvill of Doctor Who fame.  Some scenes were shot in August 2012 in and around Clevedon and Portishead

Further to our auditions for BBC's "Copycats" featuring Sam and Mark, we are extremely excited to confirm that two of our teams were selected by BBC Scotland, and travelled to Scotland to shoot their episodes in the summer.  The programme was later screened on weekdays at 3:05pm. Team Georgie  was one of the lucky teams to be selected, and it was her team that went on to win the coveted Copycats Trophy!!  Well done, Team Georgie!  Commiserations to Team Melissa (pictured above).  More exciting auditions  to come in the near future!

On Sunday, 23rd January 2011 Melissa Rowlands and Bernadette Moor travelled to London to audition for Peter Polycarpou's production of "Bugsy Malone". After the auditions, Peter said that he would love to have both girls in the Cast and that he felt the experience would be very beneficial for them both. The girls were very excited at the prospect of working with such a respected actor.

Many people will know Peter Polycarpou as Pauline Quirke's jailbird husband in the popular BBC TV sitcom "Birds of a Feather" in which he played "Chris Theodopolopoudos".
